ReelTrack is a fishing app and tournament platform operated by ReelTrack Outdoors LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). The app is available on iOS and Android, and certain features are accessible via our website at reeltrack.app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ReelTrack. If you are between 13 and 17, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
By using ReelTrack, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@reeltrack.app.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ReelTrack app for your own fishing, tournament participation, and tournament management activities.
You agree not to:
ReelTrack provides tools to help tournament directors run fair events, including GPS verification, photo metadata checks, and weigh-in recording. However, we are not responsible for the conduct of individual tournaments. Tournament directors are solely responsible for their events, rules, prize distributions, and dispute resolution.
If you believe a tournament result is fraudulent, contact the tournament director directly. ReelTrack may assist in good faith but does not adjudicate tournament disputes.
You own the photos and catch data you submit to ReelTrack. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and use that content to provide and improve the app.
You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide, and that it does not violate anyone else's rights.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.
The AI Tacklebox feature provides fishing recommendations based on your catch history and current conditions using artificial intelligence. These recommendations are for informational purposes only. They do not guarantee fish will be caught and are not a substitute for your own judgment, local knowledge, or compliance with fishing regulations. Always follow applicable state and local fishing laws.
ReelTrack offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Billing, refunds, and subscription management are governed by Apple's or Google's terms, as applicable.
We may change our pricing with reasonable notice. If you disagree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Early users who received complimentary Pro access will be notified before any paid subscription begins.
ReelTrack is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature will always be available. Fishing is inherently unpredictable and we make no guarantees about catch results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReelTrack Outdoors LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost tournament winnings, lost data, or device damage.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ReelTrack will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReelTrack Outdoors LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or otherwise harm the ReelTrack community. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of ReelTrack after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReelTrack Outdoors LLC regarding your use of the app and supersede any prior agreements.
